Freshness & Returns
Because tea is a food/perishable item, we do not accept returns on opened packets. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please read our policies below on how we can resolve it on www.teatimetales.in.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped (whichever comes first). Once the order is handed over to our delivery partners, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, please email us directly or contact us using our contact form.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a package that is damaged during transit, or if you receive incorrect products, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement package or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Mode & Timeline
All approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (for online payments) or processed via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders). The refund should reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance cycles.
